In the rare and unlikely event that a quality issue is determined to be the fault of COCK TEES, we will send at our cost including shipping, a replacement garment of the same style, design and size, upon the return of the defective garment by COCK TEES. If and when such a quality issue is reported by the purchasing consumer, it must be done within five (5) business days of the receipt, and supported with a description of the quality issue. At that time, COCK TEES will issue a return claim and the defective garment should be placed back in it’s original packaging and labeled for pick up as instructed.
No exchanges for alternate styles, designs or sizes are accepted.
